Our Birthday macarons are handmade using a traditional Italian recipe, giving them a perfectly smooth, glossy shell with a soft, melt in the mouth centre. Each macaron is filled with a rich, flavoured ganache inspired by classic birthday cake flavours, from chocolate fudge to lemon drizzle.
We never use artificial flavours, only whole fruits, fruit purées, caramels, and premium quality chocolates to create a truly indulgent treat.
