How long do your biscuits stay fresh?
Our hand-iced biscuits have a shelf life of up to four months from the date they are baked. Each tin or box is clearly marked with a best-before date to ensure maximum crunch and flavor.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our biscuit gifts globally. Delivery times vary by destination, but we use tracked courier services to ensure your treats arrive in perfect condition regardless of the distance.
Can I include a personalized message with my order?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you can compose a personal message which we will print on a beautiful gift card and include inside your parcel at no extra cost.
Are your biscuits suitable for people with allergies?
Our standard biscuits contain wheat, milk, and eggs. While we offer some recipes without gluten or dairy, all our biscuits are produced in a kitchen that handles nuts, so we cannot guarantee they are 100% nut-free.
What happens if my biscuits arrive broken?
We take great care in our packaging to prevent breakage. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
